Welcome to the volunteer forum for answering letters. Responding the letters of person incarcerated is one of the primary responsibilities of Virginia CURE. This is where we are able to gather information about the treatment of people incarcerated, and conditions of the facility.  We do not provide legal advice. We provide information on how to properly file complaints, and are able sometimes to escalate these complaints to the Department of Corrections and others.
