What are we going to do. You are right why spend the $$ having a parole board. They have appointed a part time interim member - Mark Davis as of Aug 1. It is like what is the use!! Now what about the one that has been satting in the Sussex Correctional Insitution the year of 2005 for natural life sentencing. What can be done about that? This is in Delaware Laws cause their justice Laws stinks and something needs to be done about this. We feels that we have loves one that are in there wrongful conviction and innonces that we letting the Judges putting someone in jail for a long period of time. Justice was not served inappropriate to there guideline. What can be done about that? How can we solved that Issues? Will they be free or they have to sat in there and waited out? In plain language whats in place "ITS NOT WORKING" Also there need to be a conscious effort in how society views mental illness and drug addiction. Think how much safer our country could be if guns were not so easily attainable. If drugs were sent to this country.
